During and after the uploading process you will encounter some statuses.

These include:

  • pending

    • This means you clicked refresh before Shop Uploader completed uploading your listings to Etsy. Give the program a bit more time.

  • completed (with errors)

    • This means Shop Uploader successfully handled your submission but found errors or warnings in your information. To find the errors simply download and open the report. A list of what went wrong is generated in the first column.

  • complete

    • This means your upload was successful and all of your listings should be on Etsy now. However, if you notice some are missing visit the Listings not showing up on Etsy article.

  • failed

    • This means that all of your listings had errors in them and Shop Uploader was not able to complete its processing.

  • failed (# products)

    • This means that all of your listings had an error but Shop Uploader was able to complete its processing.

  • error

    • This generally means something happened with Shop Uploader. But it is not the only reason.

    • This can also happen if you used an incorrect template. Shop Uploader will only work if you use a template from the Shop Uploader website. Creating a template on your own and uploading that will not work. If this is not the case and you are getting this status contact us.
